I daresay if there were any victims at the time I was there perhaps they would have kept it to themselves. As a fourth year, it was a girls only Biology class with Miss H whose speciality was dissecting all manner of things. He also used to nick sweets out of pencil cases if he spotted any, so one day a lad in my class decided to coat all his Polos in a thin layer of that stuff you put on kids' finger nails to stop them chewing them, and leave them poking out of his pencil case, real casual like. It was about eleven and after break, we were sat in class when the school secretary walked in with a note for our teacher and it wasn’t long before its contents became clear. Here at least I was away from the stare and embarrassment, able to lie face down on her bed, with my knickers round my knees and my hands still clutching my flaming rear.It was so humiliating, knowing what was about to happen with 5 other girls my age witnessing outside the tent. Follow juniors through their first term and Sam, who hates posh schools but needs Walden more than she realises. I don’t think I am affected by it though…… in fact if I am honest this thread sparked some rather nostalgic memories about my school days and the cane was obviously a significant part of my school era.

They took days to disappear completely but there was one small consolation; at least my mother hadn’t seen them. I refused to embroider my gym knickers with my name in sewing class, I constantly forgot my PE kit on purpose and actually quite enjoyed being made to climb the ropes in just my bra and knickers while my classmates looked on, which didn’t quite make it the humiliating punishment it was intended to be. When I entered the place was quite full, so when I saw the beautiful waitress that usually works there, I asked her for a place in the back room, where I knew there are soft armchairs.

She told me I must follow her inside the tent or she would report this to my parents and the other girls’ parents. I yelped and shouted and kicked, but she just spanked me harder until eventually I stopped fighting and just lay, limply, over her knee while she continued to colour my backside a bright fiery red. Probably not many on here will know this, but kids can still be caned in school in quite a few countries, including Singapore, Malaysia and India. It was a run round the school and its perimeter, more than a cross country, and something I could easily achieve but didn’t want to.
